[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide flexible spending account and health reimbursement administration services for administration with debit card option for MFSA, DCFSA and HRA, ability to check balance and review claims via an interactive website and full administration to including claim reimbursements, customer service, quarterly statements, compliance, consulting, FSA COBRA, document preparation and reporting.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 7, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be three years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
