[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide COBRA administrative services for communication, administration, enrollment, record keeping, and premium collection for former employees and their qualified dependents who continue health plan coverage under existing COBRA laws, maintaining accurate participant information, ability to receive qualifying event information electronically and collecting and tracking payments from COBRA participants and regularly sending payments for those enrolled in the health plan.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 9, 2018.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
