[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide debt collection and resolution services on personal property accounts as follows: firm must have the ability and resources to collect debt in the state; firm must provide a dedicated management team and government team to address the regulatory requirements for government agency collections; firm must work with taxpayers, the department of revenue, the county trustee’s office, and other offices as necessary to defined and maintain accurate assessments; firm must provide services to resolve and collect debt, including but not limited to: skip-tracing, billing, resolution, and collection; firm must provide easily accessible web access to afford the trustee’s office the ability to view and download reports to obtain information regarding activity, changes, remittances, etc.; firm must provide taxpayers with accurate contact information, required forms, and instructions on how to file/refile appropriate tax-related forms; firm must maintain appropriate records, including financial records that can be audited; firm must provide services at no charge to the county with a percentage of the total balance on delinquencies
that will be paid by the taxpayer to the government authority located in Knoxville, TN.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 16, 2021.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
