[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide COBRA administration service for the city including but not limited to: initial notices; qualifying event notices to include city life insurance portability; notify vendors of enrolments and changes electronically; notify vendors of terminations – specifically not allowing a participant to be enrolled longer than the allowed time period; following up with vendors to ensure receipt of communications; handle all annual enrollment notifications and changes to participants’ elections and demographics; compliant with current and proposed legislation regarding continued coverage.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 10, 2021.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
