(1) Vendor needs to provide learning management system to meet the academic needs of its respective campuses.
- to assess the features and capabilities of the proposer’s current solution as well as to evaluate the usability of the proposed solution.
- Ease of use is a premium for all of our campus users
- up-to-date, contemporary, user-friendly interface based on sound, intuitive, responsive design principles
- robust set of communication tools such as email, discussion forums, text chat, course announcements, course notifications push, blogs, wikis, integrated calendar, Photo roster and profile, and the like.
- robust course content delivery system
- able to include different kinds of online content in their courses efficiently, such as documents, presentations, audio/video files, images, etc.
- Individual and shared Learning Object Repository
- Integration with textbook publisher content, specifically VitalSource
- Student assignment submission in multiple formats (text, presentation audio/video
- Creation of tests and quizzes from question banks
- Automated grading of tests
- Ability to upload Scantron results to the gradebook
- ability to customize the catalogue available to the institution
- to deploy information, materials, and technology that have been designed, developed, or procured to be accessible to individuals with disabilities, including those who use assistive technologies.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 16, 2021.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
