Government authority located in Knoxville, Tennessee; USA, based organization looking for expert vendor for GIS fiber management services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide GIS fiber management services to the home management tool, capable of geospatial modeling of both active and passive fiber facilities from the distribution point to the customer home to the government authority located in Knoxville, TN.
- mapping of utility equipment for all utilities, including the physical attributes of those assets
- GIS system is also used as the primary system of record for connectivity modeling, including active and passive equipment
- Implementation of a GIS based FTTH management system, including any necessary integrations
to GIS system
- Generates the meter read and billing schedules, receives meter readings, and calculates bills for all metered and non-metered services, except for complex industrial meters. - Accepts payments and generates appropriate collections, severance, and write-off events
- Maintains new service workflow process.
- utilizes an ESRI GIS system to produce mapping for utilities and application interfacing.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 9, 2021.
(3) Contract period will be five years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
