[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide safety data sheet management system
1. Contractor system shall provide a web-based interface providing KUB employees with immediate access to download or print SDS’s from any interned-connected computer or device.
2. Contractor system shall organize SDS’s in KUB’s document library (binder) making them searchable by product group, storage location, name or other key words.
3. Contractor system shall allow KUB to update the library on an as needed basis including updates to chemical inventory, storage locations and additions to the library.
4. Contractor system shall track chemical quantities and locations using information collected by KUB during chemical inventories.
5. Contractor system should automatically update SDS’s or alert KUB as new versions become available.
6. Contractor system should provide KUB unlimited access to a SDS database, including documents not in KUB’s library.
7. Contractor system should allow KUB to generate and print GHS compliant secondary container labeling.
8. Contractor system should allow KUB to flag banned chemicals and implement a chemical approval process.
9. Contractor system should allow KUB to flag or search Tier II reportable chemicals in its inventory and cross-reference those materials with reportable quantities.
10. Contractor shall provide technical support for the transferring KUB’s chemical inventory to the SDS management system and construct KUB’s library using the most up to date SDS’s available. KUB will provide an inventory of its chemicals, quantities, and locations to the contractor.
11. Contractor shall provide an electronic or hard copy back up of KUB’s document inventory and library upon request or on a regular basis.
12. Contractor shall provide a unit cost for additional documents, facilities, and annual maintenance fees.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
