[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide transition or upgrade to existing analog and IPTV headend platform including replace current video platform, due to 5G C-band changes, with content provided over a redundant fiber/data circuit to the government authority located in Pulaski, TN.
- Replacement of C-band services using agency’s current video, encryption platform and version, Minerva 5.7 using Multicast UDP/IP MPEG4 streams, if available, with no platform upgrade, over fiber/redundant data circuit.
- Transition using agency’s current video platform, Minerva, with upgrade to ABR/Minerva 10 platform and Multicast UDP/IP MPEG4 streams, if available, over fiber/redundant data circuit.
- Transition using platform other than agency’s current video platform, Minerva and Multicast UDP/IP MPEG4 streams over fiber/redundant data circuit.

Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
