[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide actuarial consulting services to prepare the biennial Other Post Employment Benefits (OPEB) valuation report, consistent with the requirements of the Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB 75) and any other applicable GASB pronouncements to the government authority located in Brentwood, TN.
- GASB 75 establishes standards for recognizing and measuring net OPEB liabilities, related deferred outflows of resources and deferred inflows of resources, and OPEB expenses in the financial reports of the City.
- Provide all documents and information (including the actuarial certification, funding policy certification, and Excel valuation information spreadsheet) as needed for the preparation financial statements.
- Assist in implementing any new GASB statement and other financial pronouncements related to OPEB and providing ongoing professional consultation.
- OPEB assets both market value and actuarial value
- Annual required contributions as a dollar amount and as a percentage of payroll
- Gain and loss analysis with changes in Actuarial Accrued Liability since the prior valuation.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 14, 2020.
(3) Contract term will be three years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
