Vendor needs to provide SIP trunking services including electric service, a broadband division that provides video, data, and phone service to residential and commercial customer over a fiber to home network to the government authority located in Pulaski, TN.
- SIP Trunking access with a managed router - 1.5 Mbps;
- SIP trunking Port with managed router- 1.5 Mbps;
- 23 call paths;
- Calling plan with 7,200 minutes of domestic, outbound long-distance usage per month;
- Mitel Connect ST100DA-T1 PBX switch with PRI adapter card;
- Mitel VoIP desktop phones;
- Provide minimum of 1 SIP Trunk;
- 40 channels/call paths;
- 47 DIDs;
- Integration with the Mitel connect ST 100DA-T1 switch;
- Virtual appliance software and applicable licensing.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
