[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide after-hours answering services for calls related to emergency maintenance requests from 4:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. during Monday to Friday, 24 hours on all weekends and on holidays which include: New Year's Day (January l), Martin Luther King's Birthday (3rd Monday in January), Washington's Birthday (3rd Monday in February), Memorial Day (last Monday in May), July 4th, Thanksgiving Day and the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
- Holidays occurring on Saturday are observed on the preceding Friday and holidays occurring on Sunday are observed the following Monday.
(2) Approximate historical call volume was 1,000 calls per month or 12,000 calls per year.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than August 21, 2019.
(4) A pre-bid meeting will be held on August 19, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
