[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide film digitization services include incoming films must be repaired and/or cleaned. ultrasonic cleaner preferred or hand cleaning if film is too brittle or delicate, vendor must handle all film formats including 8mm, 16mm, 35mm (including those with magnetic or optical audio) and one-inch video reels, vendor must correct color shifts and fading; following archival best practices, laser graphics scan station preferred (Sproketless transport) w/ resolution scan of 4K
minimum, vendor must create apple pro res 422 HQ digital files from provided archival films
and transfer to G-Tech External SSD drives (provided by UTAD), price quote should be bid per foot of film repaired, cleaned, scanned, transferred, color corrected, digitized and transferred.
- Digitization of film for broadcasting.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (Canada Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
