[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide mass communication platform including notification and website services for Websites are extremely vital to a school’s identity, marketing/awareness capabilities and overall parent/community engagement efforts,
- The current District-provided solution is extremely outdated, making it very difficult for schools to manage and for the District to support,
- Additionally, competitors with a more modern web presence have a significant advantage in terms of marketing and recruitment,
- A platform that provides mass communication capabilities for all schools and the District for phone calls, emails and text messages, as well as a modern platform for school websites and a mobile app that integrates with the notification system to support the District’s branding, marketing and awareness,
- The notification system ensures schools and the District can easily reach families in multiple ways in emergency situations, system also enables general outreach and awareness to promote school news, activities and involvement,
- Branding, while eliminating the risk of external sites being blocked and providing the ability to integrate a variety of modern communication tools: social media, video, blogs, teacher pages and more,
- Must provide an auto/mass notification system that equals or exceeds services/features of our current system (School Messenger – Phone, Text, Email, mobile app),
- Current system includes: mass messaging, Targeted messaging,
- Messages in multiple languages, Filtering contacts by various identifiers and demographics,
- Messaging to custom contact lists,
- Web hosting services for all schools that can integrate some or all of the notification features
(Example: If an inclement weather message is sent out to parents, a message can appear on the
school’s web site as well).
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 9, 2019.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
