[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide bus transportation services includes the following to the government authority located in Chattanooga, TN.
- Safe, on-time delivery of students to and from locations, events, and activities as set forth in the list of projected trips as set forth herein.
- Full maintenance and operation of the buses
- Separate operation of any required bus maintenance facilities and substations, facilities will not be provided by the city
- Timely management and oversight of bidder's employees or contractors, including but not limited to - selection, evaluation, training, compensation, retention, and liability coverage
- Prompt and responsive communication with the city, its employees, agents, and representatives, by providing and maintaining open and adequate internal and external communications
- Proactive performance of all contracted duties and obligations
- All school and regular shuttle buses utilized shall meet the standards and regulations of the state board of education, as well as any other applicable legal, insurance, and safety requirements
- All charter buses utilized utilized shall meet the standards and regulations of the federal motor carrier safety administration, as well as any other applicable legal, insurance, and safety requirements
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 10, 2019.
(3) The term of the contract shall be one year.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
