[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide property management services for management services as outlined below and in which will provide revenue to the University to the government authority located in Murfreesboro, TN.
- Related support facilities
- Maintaining the Facilities in good repair and tenantable condition
- Maintaining exterior facilities including, but not limited to, parking areas, driveways and paddock areas
- Planning and scheduling events that are consistent with the facility purposes
(2) A mandatory on-site pre-proposal meeting will be held on May 22, 2019.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than June 12, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
