[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide retiree healthcare Medicare administrative services for their Medicare-eligible retiree benefit program, value of the benefit plans and services, network access and network management, ability to educate and communicate with retirees, ability to minimize enrollee disruption, facilitate movement to a defined contribution model for healthcare, claims adjudication, member enrollment and eligibility maintenance, effective member communications, patient and provider education, ability to effectively educate retirees and communicate with retirees
during enrollment and on a continuous basis.
(2) A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on April 3, 2019.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than April 5, 2019.
(4) Contract period will be one year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
