[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide paper to digital document scanning and digitization services using scanning resolution at 300 dpi in OCR file format.
- The contractor scanning operations shall be within 25-mile radius of 312 Rosa Parks Avenue,
Nashville, TN.
(2) Approximately work volume will be 5,000,000 pages.
(3) A mandatory pre-response conference will be held on March 25, 2019.
(4) All questions must be submitted no later than March 26, 2019.
(5) Contract period will be one year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
