[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide student and employment screening and background screening and records management services for its faculty, staff, and students through software as a service that is customizable to the institution needs, criminal history background screening, education verification, architecture and customizable application that allows for ease of use and is accessible twenty-four hours a day seven days a week, maintain a retention and disposal policy of system data and shall coordinate, train new employees before they commence work on background screenings or verifications, ensure and maintain legal compliance pertaining to background screening, maintain the latest updated information on state and federal laws regarding background screening, criminal background screenings, screening of various registries, professional license verification, and employment and education verification, multi-jurisdictional criminal history record checks, allows a student to self-manage their program compliance records to the government authority located in Nashville, TN.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on April 16, 2019.
(3) All questions must be submitted in writing no later than April 4, 2019.
(4) A notice of intent to due on April 30, 2019.
(5) Contract period will be three years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
