[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide early diversion program development and implementation services to develop and implement a comprehensive plan of evidence-based practices, strategies and services using a multi-agency approach that addresses the following three stages of early diversion of an individual with serious mental illness or co-occurring disorder for identifying potential individuals for diversion and direct transfer, warm hand off to behavioural health care providers to the government authority located in Knoxville, TN.
(2) All questions must be submitted in writing no later than March 12, 2019.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
