[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to law enforcement recruitment advertising services for Submit a strategic plan and timeline for approval within the first thirty (30) days of the contract. At minimum, the timeline will address demographic media research, marketing execution, and measuring results. Provide all required creative artwork design, narration scripts, storyboards, etc., to be used in all forms of advertising for review and approval. All artwork, messaging, etc. created through this contract will become the property of Metro and could be used in future recruitment campaigns after the completion of this contract without approval or compensation to the firm and monthly statistical report outlining the demographics reached and mode of advertising. The report will be submitted within five (5) business days of the beginning of the following reported month; a thirty (30) minute conference call with the contractor for review of the report will be within seven (7) business days at the beginning of the following reported month. The annual report will also include year-to-date data.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than March 12,2019.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
