[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide employee voluntary benefits to eligible county employees and will be obligated to assist the county in setting up payment through employer payroll deduction to the government authority located in Knoxville, TN.
- County is seeking the services of a single most responsive, responsible insurance provider (carrier) to provide the following voluntary benefit plans: accident insurance, short-term disability, critical illness and cancer, and hospital indemnity.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 23, 2022.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
