[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide case management services that will interact with physicians and other health care providers on a positive and constructive basis to the government authority located in Nashville, TN.
- The goal is to maximize the ability of employees and pensioners to return to or remain on the job rather than applying for or continuing to receive a disability pension.
- Case management services include medical management, vocational services, social security disability assistance, task assignment and pension review.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 25, 2022.
(3) A pre-offer meeting will be held on May 19, 2022.
(4) Contract term will be five years.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
