[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide emergency record and document recovery and restoration services to the government authority located in Knoxville, TN.
- The records center and records annex are separate locations inside two large mixed occupancy buildings which combined contain approximately 6,000 total cubic feet of boxed paper records, paper drawings in flat drawers and on hangers, and some mixed media (microfilm, x-ray, computer disks, and photographs).
- The work will not include any regularly scheduled or planned assessment and restoration services. The work will include emergency on call fast response for unplanned or unforeseen assessment and restoration activities involving damaged physical records that require immediate attention
- Records related activities may include:
- Damage assessment
- Salvage and restoration
- Pack out and transportation
- Maintaining integrity of document sets.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than April 19, 2022.
(3) A contract term will be for five years.

Onshore (USA organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
