(1) Vendor needs to provide document management file conversion and scanning project services using scanning resolution at 300 DPI in pdf, jpeg and TIFF file format.
- ability to reverse polarity of Photostat (or negative) books to make images with black background and white typing look the same as white background and black typingis important for this database.
(2) A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on April 19, 2022.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than April 22, 2022.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Onsite and Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
