Government Authority located in Tennessee; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for new phone system.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide new phone system
- The new phone system will have one centralized public service branch consisting of SIP trunking to service all sites. The site of public access will be located at the Courthouse with a proposed move to the New Justice Center once construction is complete.
- Voicemail: The County would like a flexible voice mail system to service all buildings that would have the option of voicemail to email and voicemail to text. If voicemail to email or voicemail to text is not a standard feature of the voicemail product, please price each option separately. The County requires the ability to call in a check messaging externally.
- Paging: The County has an internal paging system for the Courthouse and Courthouse Annex. The County is requesting the option of paging and intercom throughout the Courthouse and Annex building independently or both simultaneously.
- Auto Attendant: Auto attendant needs to be autonomous for each department as some wish to not utilize this feature.
- Call Forwarding: Call forwarding with the option to program to forward to external numbers to the County’s system and the ability to program call forwarding manually, remotely, via night-time settings or out-of-the-office settings.
- Protection: System is required to have adequate UPS, Lightning and Maintenance Protection.
- System Type: The County is requesting a proposal for a premise-based phone system; however the County will review and consider a hosted option as long as it meets the needs specified in the requirements. The hosted system quote must include anticipated taxes, surcharge percentages and an estimated dollar amount. Any hosted bid that does not disclose all fees, taxes, surcharges, administrative costs, etc., will be rejected.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than April 20, 2022.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
