[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide nonaviation entertainment and related management services.
- Provide the availability of non-aviation entertainment and “kid zone” type activities for up to 125,000 spectators each day. Non-aviation entertainment is intended to describe festival type activities, other than flying or static aircraft or aerobatic performances.
- Provide the required equipment to support the non-aviation entertainment and kid zone type activities.
- Provide the workers or coordinate with volunteers for non-aviation entertainment and “kid zone” type activities to keep them operational during the hours of operation.
- Provide transaction processing, analysis, and reporting support.
- Provide marketing, advertising, and promotional services for non-aviation entertainment and “kid zone” type activities.
- Provide on-site support for all acquired and affiliated services.
- Provide consulting and advisory services related to the pricing and revenue management related to non-aviation entertainment and “kid zone” type activities.
- Abide by all applicable rules and regulations pertaining to non-aviation entertainment and “kid zone” type activities.
- Exercise full control and supervision of the activities, and full control over the employment, direction, compensation, and discharge of all persons assisting in the performance of the management of non-aviation entertainment and “kid zone” type activities.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than April 2, 2022.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
