[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide surveillance cameras and light tower trailers to the government authority located in Memphis, TN.
- Light tower specifications
- Lights’ four adjustable light fixtures Luminosity 13,500 lumens per fixture 54,000 total
- Lumens coverage area 9900 sq ft
- Power draw 100 watts per light fixture
- Trailer specifications:
- 260 Watts Solar (2x130 Watt Panels) attached to trailer
- 2x200 Ah sealed maintenance-free batteries for a total of 400 Ah
- The system will operate 6-10 days on battery power alone.
- Equipped with a 15amp battery charger
- Camera specifications:
- 3 mounted outdoor PTZ dome network camera with 360-degree rotation
- Video resolution of 1028x596 total pixels
- 22:1 optical zoom, 16X digital zoom
- Compact solid-state NVR, 500 GB of SSD storage
- Onboard 4G/3G cellular modem and Wi-Fi wireless communications
- LAN Wi-Fi connectivity, 2.4 or 5.8 GHz
- Camera-system electronics integrated with water proof camera housing
