3. Lipid Panel (which includes Total Cholesterol, HDL Cholesterol, LDL Cholesterol, Cholesterol/HDL Cholesterol Ration, Calculated LDL, and Triglycerides);
4. Cholesterol, Total
5. CBC Hemogram (which includes WBC, RBC, HGB, HCT, MCV, MCH, MCHC, RDW (Red Cell Distribution Width), MPV (Mean Platelet Volume), and Platelet Count)
6. Glucose
7. Prostate Specific Antigen, Total (PSA)
8. Urinalysis Dipstick with Microscopic Reflex (includes Macroscopic and Dipstick)
9. Drug Screen, 10 Drug, without confirmation, THC cutoff at 50 ng/mL (Includes Amphetamines, Barbiturates, Benzodiazepines, Cocaine, Marijuana (50 ng/mL Tetrahydrocannabinol screening cutoff), Methadone, Methaqualone, Opiates, Phencyclidine (PCP), and Proxyphene *no chain of custody needed)
