[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide automated passenger count data processing software data analysis and processing.
• Extracting and loading data from an existing CAD/AVL and APC system
o Transit Master CAD/AVL with IRMA APC sensors (varying models including 3D, Advanced, and Matrix)
• Reporting for APC equipment health monitoring and troubleshooting
• Cleansing, filtering, and processing APC data to handle scenarios such as:
o APC hardware malfunctions
o Vehicle CAD/AVL login and tracking issues
o Detours
o Unmatched/unscheduled stops
o Driver activity at ends of line
o Zero load points
o Through loads at ends of line that are not zero load points
• Services to obtain agency certification for reporting 100% counts of UPT and PMT using APCs, including the development of appropriate benchmarking/maintenance plans
• Ridership and vehicle load reports by stop, trip, block, and route
• Manual route check tool(s)
• Comparison reports between manual, farebox, and APC records
o Farebox data currently from two systems, GENFARE and INIT, available in consolidated transaction export file with latitude/longitude
• Option to connect to the APC software database for custom report creation using 3rd party tools such as Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, and other data analysis software.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than March 31, 2022.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
