Government Authority located in Knoxville, Tennessee; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for influenza vaccine administration services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide on-site influenza vaccine administration services for up to approximately eight thousand and seven hundred to the government authority located in Knoxville, TN.
• Contractor must procure and administer influenza vaccine following current Centers for Disease Control (CDC) Prevention guidance and regulation to include adverse event reporting.
• Contractor must provide medical oversight for vaccine administration as specified by State Board guidelines to include follow-up with Knox County Schools’ faculty for any adverse events.
• Contractor must provide Influenza Vaccination Administration Services at no cost to Knox County.
• Contractor must have the ability to bill insurance carriers for reimbursement (e.g.: Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna and TennCare). Contractor must have ability to bill individuals without health insurance directly.
• Contractor must coordinate scheduling at each location with the Knox County Schools Health Services Supervisor.
• Contractor must ensure that all scheduled vaccine clinics for a given school year are completed by the 1st of November. Multiple daily site locations may be required in order to meet the 1
st of November deadline.
• Contractor must provide a 48-hour notification via e-mail to the Health Services Supervisor and each school’s administration designee to report schedule changes.
• Guest wireless may not be available at all locations. Where guest Wi-Fi is available, Knox County Schools are unable to modify any filtering or firewall settings to accommodate vendor software. Please ensure there is an offline process for record keeping and administration while on school sites.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than March 29, 2022.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
