[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide parking management services for smoky mountain air show to the government authority located in Knoxville, TN.
• Parking management services
• Parking and Spectator Pass Sales and Management
- Regulate parking and traffic in assigned Air Show lots restricting unauthorized vehicles
and providing entry to authorized vehicles for the length of the event.
- Direct drivers of vehicles to appropriate parking areas and monitor to ensure cars are parked in designated spaces and not blocking traffic flow.
- Direct traffic to spaces in unlined lots in an approved pattern then set cones (limited number provided by agency) to create exit lanes prior to the end of the event.
- Count parked vehicles and hold required spaces for reservations (as needed); place sign in view when lot is full.
- Notify assigned agency staff via two-way radio provided by agency or telephone of need for parking enforcement officer or of other problems occurring at the Air Show.
- Provide directions and information upon request to visitors and staff.
- Provide flags, safety vests and other personal usage items.
- Watch assigned lots for suspicious activity and report such to assigned agency staff in a timely manner.
- Abide by all rules and regulations pertaining to the safe and responsible use of the parking lots.
- Exercise full control and supervision of the activities, and full control over the employment, direction, compensation, and discharge of all persons assisting in the performance of the management of the parking lots.
- Cooperate and collaborate with one or more, parking pass sales and marketing service providers, as selected and designated by air show production management, to ensure the highest quality experience for spectator and air show management staff.
