Government Authority located in Tennessee; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for COVID-19 results call center service.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide COVID-19 results call center service including answering calls from individuals who have had a COVID test at one of agency’s assessment centers, providing them with the results of their tests and acting as a liaison with the laboratories.
- Provide training and supervision of call center operators provide excellent and courteous customer service.
- Management of call center operations provide translation for clients when needed mail hard copies of results to clients as needed provide audit services to ensure quality and privacy of client interactions.
- Vendor must have reliable phone network that can accommodate a large call volume. Vendor must be available to respond to requests from the department during normal business hours (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM).
(2) All question had been submitted on January 18, 2022.
(3) Contract term will be five years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
