[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide records scanning services using scanning resolution at 300 DPI.
- scanning project for Engineering paper files and full-size drawings creating a digital archive for these folders.
- Documents will be prepped accordingly (staples and paper clips removed)
- Images shall be de-skewed to the best possible alignment and auto-rotated (in readable format).
- File size from finished multi-page images shall not exceed 25 megabytes. Should multi-page file exceed the 25-megabyte limit, file shall be divided into smaller components.
- Quality inspection of documents shall occur at the time of scanning.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 24, 2022.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
