(1) Vendor needs to provide American sign language interpreter services and establish communication with the deaf or hard of hearing individuals in accessing American Sign Language (ASL) and perform all interpreting duties in a professional manner.
- communication accessibility to behavioral health services for individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing via certified ASL interpreters and/or Communication Access Real-time Translation (CART) services.
(2) A pre-offer meeting will be held on January 19, 2022.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than January 26, 2022.
