Vendor needs to provide total compensation study services to develop a project work plan and key timelines for providing information and recommendations to update the state’s total compensation plan to make employee total compensation more competitive to the government authority located in Tennessee.
- The contractor shall market price a sample of jobs to review the competitiveness of the state’s compensation plan for full time executive branch employees, to support updating the current pay grade assignments and pay ranges and the determination of pay adjustments needed
