Vendor needs to provide Covid-19 market research services to help the state identify public messaging, images, and influences to overcome the barriers associated hesitancy to receive the covid-19 vaccine to the government authority located in Tennessee.
- This research will be an update to an initial survey which helped inform the current outreach campaign
- The findings from this round of research will inform what changes, if any, need to be made to outreach and marketing efforts as continues to encourage vaccine uptake across the state
- The survey must include qualitative and quantitative efforts
- Identify public messaging tactics, words, images and influences to overcome the barriers associated with those members of the population who are rejecting or hesitant to receive the COVID-19 vaccine

Performance of the work will be Offsite.
