[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide on-call business process analysis training and support services for the division of planning and development to the government authority located in Memphis, TN.
- Division of planning and development seeks the services of an on-call consultant to assist the division conducting tasks including:
• Creating data sets from the division’s permit management system;
• Performing data analysis based on routine or ad hoc needs of the division;
• Developing GIS layers and maps to support data analysis, reporting, and permit management system functionality;
• Developing and refining customer training materials (web, video, and in-person instruction) on use of the division’s permit system
• Delivering customer training on use of the division’s permit system, including via web, video, and in-person instruction, and
• Providing data and business analysis support on an as needed basis.
• Ability to produce and edit data sets from a records management system
• Ability to perform data analysis from large or complex data sets to produce insights on performance or functionality
• Experience and ability using ESRI GIS software to produce maps or layers to produce insights or enhance system performance or functionality
• Experience and ability developing training materials targeted to software end users using multiple platforms including web, video, and in-person instruction
• Experience and ability delivering training to software end users using multiple platforms
• Experience and ability to provide data and business analysis support
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 20, 2021.
(3) Contract period will be for three years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
