Government Authority located in Memphis, Tennessee; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for COVID-19 testing services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide COVID-19 testing services to the government authority located in Memphis, TN.
- provide all necessary equipment for COVID-19 screening and testing, including antigen test, and qualified personnel to perform screening & testing. Contractor shall provide these services for the Motor Vessel to allow for the COVID-19 antigen testing of up to 35 employees weekly throughout the revetment season
- Provide a licensed registered nurse that shall be required to screen and test employees for COVID-19
- Must have current state nursing licensing along with basic/advanced life support certifications,
- crews up to 35 employees onboard that will require weekly testing every Wednesday on crew change day,
- approximately 770 tests will be needed throughout the revetment season
- COVID-19 antigen test results of positive or negative shall be given within 15 minutes.
(2) This bid is set aside for Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5).

Onshore (USA organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
