[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide real estate title examination and closings services to perform title examinations and real estate closings to the government authority located in Knoxville, TN.
- Maintain individual property files for each parcel examined.
- Title reports which include leases, mortgages, etc., will be reviewed by city law department to determine other interest and rights.
- Title reports may be voluminous and may contain an assortment of legal documents of various sizes and age.
- After the closing the original recorded instruments along with the closing statement, mortgage releases, tax receipts and any other pertinent documents will be forward to the city’s real estate manager.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 3, 2021.

- Onshore (US Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite.
