[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide emergency medical supplies to the government authority located in Memphis, TN.
- The intent of this request is for County Government to purchase medical supplies and equipment needed to operate a Fire Based 911 Ambulance Service for the Shelby County Fire Department.
• Must offer free shipping.
• Must be capable of delivering ordered supplies within 48 hours of purchase.
• Must offer pick up of emergency supplies at warehouse within 30 miles of Shelby County.
• Must be able to deliver EMS supplies in times of disaster or mass casualty events. Each Vendor must have one point of contact for all transactions.
• Sell necessary pharmaceuticals for EMS operations including scheduled narcotics.
• Must have a web based system for ordering online.
• Provide web based purchase summary reports, purchases per month, order history & status.
• Offer merchandise that supports Zoll cardiac monitors).
• Offer merchandise that supports mechanical CPR devices.
• Provide web based ordering, shipping and tracking information.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
