[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide printer monitoring software and equipment.
• Track and control all print, copy, fax and scan activity on multifunctional devices
• Manage user access rights to devices based on function (marketing, administration and finance)
• Implement copy quotas, charges and per page cost(s)
• Enhance document security with "Find Me" print release at both multifunctional devices and printers
• Enhance device security with managed access to MFDs via user ID or building access cards
• Release printed jobs from hold/release queues
• Track and control access with user ID authentication at the device
• Allocate usage cost(s) to shared accounts (cost centers, departments, clients)
• Automatically stop/deny usage when quota/credit is exceeded
- EMBEDDED SOFTWARE: Proposer is to describe software which runs on the copier/multifunctional device firmware level. The device will have an interface to users. The following specifications come from PaperCut Software:
• Must have capability to contain 7,000+ educational licenses
• Konica Minolta embedded license (up to fifty (50) licenses)
• Riso ComColor embedded device license (200+ volume)
• Macintosh server capabilities
• Mobile print install and configuration
• Implementation pack which includes twelve (12) months Premium Upgrade Assurance, priority email support, web chat support, phone support, remote installation, configuration, support and training
• Secure print release and follow me printing
• Active directory integration
- HARDWARE COPIER/CONTROLLER: Proposer is to describe software which runs on the copier/multifunctional device firmware level. The device will have an interface to users. The following specifications come from PaperCut Software:
• Must have capability to contain 7,000+ educational licenses
• Macintosh server capabilities
• MIFARE Classic, MIFARE Plus and MIRARE DESFire EV1 and EV2 protocols
• Mobile print install and configuration
• Implementation pack which includes twenty-four (24) months Premium Upgrade Assurance, priority email support, web chat support, phone support, remote installation, configuration, support and training
• Secure print release and follow me printing
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
