[A] Budget: looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide commercial-off-the-shelf real-time encryption and decryption system to encrypt/decrypt numerous independent data streams, based on different standards and protocols so that information can be transmitted between secure areas over unsecured networks.
- solution should utilize existing Government single mode fiber infrastructure.
- solution requires some other media, the Proposal shall include a definition of the media.
- solution shall reconstruct each decrypted data such that the Government system receiving the data thinks it is directly connected to the Government source that sent the data.
- secure interface shall be provided that will allow the user to configure and monitor the status of the solution components.
(2) This bid is set aside for total small business.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
