[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide firewall security review services to assess the security of its network and information technology systems to the government authority located in Nashville, TN.
- Objective is to assess the security of the breadth of the education lottery’s network and information systems and policies/procedures, and to provide assessments and recommendations to enhance the education lottery’s information systems security program and subsequent security activities.
- Conducting an assessment and analysis of firewall and router configurations, rule base, open-port vulnerabilities and related policies; evaluating the devices to identify software versions, known security threats, risk exposure and/or policy violations and recommendations on firewall and router rule base changes; verifying the network and firewalls used for protection are fully documented; review of the firewall change process to ensure that any requested changes are properly authorized, approved, implemented and documented; verifying that controls exist to notify the education lottery automatically when there is a change to the firewall or if its configuration is changed; verifying that any combination of devices that incorporate routing with firewall feature sets, along with the possibilities of other technologies (IDS, virus scan, spam filtering, etc.), meet compliance goals; Performing an audit of existing Tennessee Education Lottery IT policies and procedures pertaining to firewalls and IT security and making recommendation to strengthen the relevant policies and procedures; Providing security recommendations, including organizational observations and ongoing assessment objectives; coordinating tasks resulting from the security review and assessment with the education lottery’s vice president of security and vice president of information systems.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
