[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide a contract for clinical laboratory services for state agencies, local governmental units to the government authority located in Nashville, Tennessee.
- Clinical laboratory services include all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, specimen pick-up, controlled environment for specimen transport, testing and reporting of test results per the specifications.
- The Solicitation Coordinator will review the response to determine if the Mandatory Requirement Items are addressed as required and mark each with pass or fail. For each item that is not addressed as required, the Proposal Evaluation Team must review the response and attach a written determination.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (US Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
