Government Authority located in Kingsport, Tennessee; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for installation and maintenance of security cameras.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide installation and maintenance of security cameras including provision of all required equipment, supplies, and materials, pertaining to the installation of security cameras to the government authority located in Kingsport, TN.
- Cameras must provide High-Definition resolution of 5 Megapixel (MP) or greater and;
- Cameras must have a frame rate of 30 frames per second (fps) or greater and;
- Cameras must be weatherproof and tamper/vandalism-proof and;
- Cameras must be night-vision/low-light capable, meaning we expect the system to provide a clear and visible picture during night time periods of low light, with the understandable exception of heavy fog, and;
- The overall system must provide 99% or greater surveillance coverage of the overall property and;
- The system must provide accessible video storage for 30 days or more.
- The Agency is open to proposals for cloud-based systems that do not require the use of servers. These types of systems will be compared on a cost-over-time basis when considering against server-based proposals.
- Agency is concerned with area surveillance for the purposes of safeguarding property; and deterring, minimizing, and resolving issues of criminal activity. There is no requirement for the inclusion of analytics (facial recognition, heat-mapping, etc.) however, the inclusion of these features will be considered in comparison with pricing.
- When necessary, network access will be provided to the contractor for remote checkups upon request.
- A networked location can be provided for access to supplied equipment (Server, DVR, etc.) as necessary. The winning proposer for this RFP is expected to provide network storage as part of the overall system. The winning bidder, KHRA, and KHRA’s IT contractor will coordinate integration into our existing network.

- Onshore (US Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
