[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide Alation data catalog software
- a platform for the State to use for collaborative, enterprise-ready data indexing. The Alation software shall automatically organize all of the State’s data by source and use machine learning to better understand data and how the enterprise uses it
- to search or browse all enterprise data in one place and to understand the nuances of data, including data asset popularity, business definitions, and data lineage
- State’s production use of the Alation Software is stopped or so severely impacted that State cannot
reasonably continue work using the Alation Software,
- The State’s production use of the Alation Software is severely impacted where important, but not mission critical, features are unavailable with no acceptable workaround,
- The State’s production use of the Alation Software is impacted where a non-core capability is interrupted or operating at reduced capacity and no reasonable workaround is available,
- The State’s production use of the Alation Software is impacted where a non-core defect is discovered, but not impacting State’s reasonable use of the Alation Software,
- Enhancement Request – A new capability of the Alation Software that has been identified as desirable with respect to the State’s use of the product. The Contractor will scope and track these Enhancement Requests internally.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
