Government Authority located in Nashville, Tennessee; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for student readiness and students with disabilities online content development services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide student readiness and students with disabilities online content development services to the government authority located in Nashville, TN.
- provide (either through original development or by customizing existing resources) at least 1,000 separate and non-duplicative digitally available resources to promote the wellbeing of students
and families,
- Audience – In order to ensure content is developmentally appropriate (both in content and in design), all Student Readiness content shall be separated into categories for each of the four (4) Audience Groups (families, educators, students and community members). Content developed for families shall be made available in both English and Spanish,
- Age Band – To ensure content is developmentally appropriate related to the age of students, all Student Readiness content shall be separated into each Age Band,
- Topics - Content shall address each of the following topics: Physical education and physical activity, Health education and services, Nutrition, Physical school environment, School climate and behavior, Counseling, mental health, and related services, Employee wellness, Community involvement, Family engagement, English learners, Intellectually gifted, Highly mobile and at-risk,
- Materials Design – The Contractor shall create all materials for inclusion in the Online Platform and shall be evidence-based, appropriate for the intended Audience, meet requirements, serve a clear purpose for use, and be seamlessly integrated with the existing State website.
(2) A pre-proposal had been held on March 15, 2021
(3) Notice of intent had been submitted on March 17, 2021
(4) All the questions must be submitted no later than March 22, 2021.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
