[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide sewer fee billing services shall include data scrubbing; utility billing system/services, specifically for billing sewer fees; data backup; implementation and ongoing maintenance of billing system; reporting; support; training; interfaces; shut-off notice hangs tag printing to the government authority located in Chattanooga, TN.
- E-Bill & E-Pav Options and Web Share Customer Portal Contractor will provide e-billing as an option for bill delivery. E-bills will be transmitted to those customers who request it. In addition to e-bills, Contractor will provide a portal for customers to access their billing history and electronic versions of their bills posted on a secure, billing software integrated Website. Customer will be able to view their prior bills, make payments and request various services, including recurring payments.
- Billing software will provide easy navigation to information and ability to search customers in a variety of ways; billing software meets or exceeds system requirements and is up to date with current technologies; billing software must have data import capability meter usage data; software will be flexible and point and click query and reports; flexible payment plan functionality; charge late fees to City accounts per City policies; notification of weekly bill issuance with statistical and financial data summarizing the week's run.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
