[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide comprehensive clinical billing system and possibly assistance with insurance authorization process,
- Provides a range of behavioural health, counselling, and social work services and requires a billing system to support these clinical activities,
- The proposed system must allow the biller to submit insurance claims electronically to bill the major insurance providers, (for example, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Medicare, Medicaid, Amerigroup, etc.),
- The system must be fully compliant with the rules and regulations (i.e., HIPAA) surrounding billing and the electronic filing of provider-based insurance claims,
- Electronically file claims for reimbursements promptly and accurately and to optimize benefits from private medical insurance companies, Medicare, and Medicaid for the therapies, treatments, and services provided by the above-mentioned specialties,
- Ability to maximize reimbursements by analysing rejected, denied, and underpaid claims for errors and resubmit for reimbursement as appropriate. Provide reporting on denied or rejected codes to the clinic administrator,
- Ability to identify subscriber responsibility or balances to submit to secondary insurance, etc.

Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Onsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
