Vendor needs to provide literacy and reading skills assessment system program.
- Support for reporting on traditional ESEA subgroups as well the ability to customize data reports
- Provide research-based early literacy screening and progress monitoring, as well as ELA academic standards comprehension assessment
- mobile administration to streamline assessment administration and scoring, giving teachers the insight of observational assessment without taking time away from instruction unnecessarily
- allow universal screening using research-based benchmark goals and national percentiles for fundamental skills that are predictive of future learning outcomes
- Provide a quick and targeted progress monitoring of critical skills for struggling readers to ensure they're making adequate reading progress
